This is a varying option where aside from the 2 hours minimum per week you are not locked into any additional hours for an ongoing basis. If you may require less than two hours some weeks and more on other weeks a built for you monthly package may be more suitable.

What will the professional agreement be?
We will complete a service agreement outlining the services to be provided and the payment schedule. I will be a contractor to your business, not an employee, so you are not required to cover insurance, superannuation, tax and work cover for me.
What are the benefits of your Virtual Services?
I'm here to take some of the administration load so you can spend more time shining in your superpower. Together, we will create your ideal work week, and your business will soar to new heights. You will receive support without the added admin and costs of employing someone in an administration role.
How does the billing work?
For any monthly services, invoices are sent every four weeks. Other payment schedules are as agreed for weekly packages and projects (50% upfront and at the end, or 3 fortnightly payments are most common). For all invoices, there are seven-day payment terms.
How do you time track?
At Admin Sidekick, we use ClickUp to manage our clients’ tasks and Toggle to time-tracking if applicable. Time-tracking is used in any billing agreements based on an hourly rate.
My support needs vary. Can you still help?
Absolutely. Together, we can create a DIY package in which we will discuss your needs and build out a package just for you.
Are there minimum engagement hours?
Yes, if you are on a flexible weekly package, this is a 2-hour minimum per week. However, retainer packages do not have this minimum.
How do I know if you are the right virtual assistant or business consultant for me?
I value connection and the people behind a business, and so my approach reflects that. I want to set you up for success and create a space where you feel comfortable reflecting and sharing ideas so we can turn your goals into a reality in the way that works for you. If you want someone who has business owner experience, gets what a rollercoaster it is, and will work collaboratively, then I might be the right person for you!
